Unveiling V2’s Vantage Methodology™

Nearly 20 years ago when V2 was founded, we had a specific idea of what we wanted the firm to be and who we wanted to serve. We knew, for instance, that we wanted to buck the negative perceptions that many have about PR agencies and serve our clients not as just arms and legs – but as strategic business partners. We knew we wanted to work with technology brands that are innovating and having a real impact on the world around them. And we knew we wanted to remain boutique and independent so that our senior leaders could be intimately involved in client programs and provide each client a remarkable experience.

Nearly two decades after setting those intentions, I’m proud to say we’ve stuck to them. We’re still a boutique agency working with businesses across the tech sector, with a defined focus on B2B, climate and health. But that’s not to say nothing has changed.

Over the years, we’ve continued to expand our service lines and refine how we deliver our programs to continually create value for clients. Now, we’ve codified our unique approach as the Vantage Methodology™. The Vantage Methodology includes three core pillars – Experience Reservoir, Impact Accelerator, and Integrated Delivery – these work in tandem to ensure clients not only receive the best and most comprehensive set of integrated communications services possible, but also that their brands achieve better outcomes.

Experience Reservoir

V2’s focus on technology, and our three distinct practice areas within technology, means that every client is working with a team that has a deep understanding of their industry and key audiences. Each team – led by a hands-on vice president or account director – has the industry knowledge, business context, experience and skills to develop an impactful communications strategy and deliver meaningful results at the outset.

Impact Accelerator

The Impact Accelerator allows V2 to efficiently turn insights into action, and deliver value quickly. This takes shape through a multi-step process, which begins with aligning on our clients key business objectives, marketing goals, key stakeholders and unique value proposition. We set the foundation for a strategic, integrated communications program – solid messaging, intriguing thought leadership platforms, and a robust and meaningful news and content pipeline. Then we craft and execute bespoke, integrated programs to deliver targeted and high-impact results for brands. Ongoing, data-driven program assessments allow us to showcase impact and finetune messaging and campaigns as needed. Importantly, this is not just for new clients. This approach fuels how we engage quarter by quarter and year over year.

Integrated Delivery

Arguably the most important pillar of our Vantage Methodology, our Integrated Delivery is how we shape markets and make market leaders. We advise clients on how to distribute the right messages through the right channels to reach the right audiences. To do that, we offer a full suite of integrated services across paid, earned and owned media, making V2 a turnkey partner for our clients communications needs and a unifying force across internal marketing teams and external agency partners.
